OUR APPROACH TO SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY

4 Key Factors in Social Media Strategic Success

MESSAGING

Say what you mean, and mean what you say

You are not just looking to grow an audience. Your goal is to STAND OUT from the pack. The secret sauce that makes you unique is your brand voice and messaging. When we work together, we define your brand personality and make sure your social media strategy matches your unique voice.

ALIGNED AESTHETIC

Control the look, control the feeling.

What your feed looks like MATTERS. Now, this doesn't mean it has to be all pretty and perfect. It means it has to align with your brand personality. You need to take control over how you want your audience to feel as soon as they land on your feed. Looks generate a feeling. Control the look, control the feeling.

CONSISTENCY

Safeguard against obstacles

Creating a few branded posts is not hard. Anyone could do it. Executing a sustainable consistent social media strategy year-round is the challenge that most people fail to do. Expect frustration, expect delays, expect your mood to dictate whether you 'feel like' posting that day or not. Now, put in place safeguards against those obstacles to consistency. When we work together, we will schedule content as far in advance as possible and avoid "posting by feeling" at all cost.

TRENDS MATTER

Stay ahead of industry trends

What worked yesterday won't work today. When we work together, we perform an industry analysis and an inventory of successful trends and gauge your strenghts in implementing some of those trends. The process to create your social platform is all one big experiment and we are here to help you play the game with the latest information!

OUR FOCUS

Speak your audience's language. Get them to MOVE.

Case Study #1

Elyssa Smith

Elyssa Smith is a Trauma-Informed Life Strategist who had been featured in Forbes before working together. She hosted a women's program online and offered 1:1 coaching services.

Her habits on social media were sporadic and inconsistent in terms of format, frequency and brand voice. Her followers adored her, but her social media presence was not doing the job of impressing new audiences or event organizers where she hoped to be selected as a public speaker.

In addition, posts that would promote her programs and services were few and far between, making it difficult to use social media to meet Elyssa's revenue goals.

Areas to address:

đŸ’« Consistency of posting
đŸ’« Brand voice
đŸ’« Authority building
đŸ’«Â Engagement

Our approach...

Elyssa's goals were clear: she wanted a social media presence that would elevate her authority, provide her with positive visibility to event organizers, create opportunities for engagement, and stay consistent without burning out.

We created a set of specific content types that would meet those goals, used her brand voice and colors, showcase her Forbes article every single week, and elevated her presence by making use of professional photos.

The results...

đŸ”„ Elyssa SOLD OUT her 1:1 engagements for the ENTIRE year in advance.

đŸ”„ She was selected to speak at TEDx and her talk has now amassed over 40,000 views on YouTube.

When I hired Ina, my company was just barely on social media, we didn’t post regularly or often, and there was no strategy to how we connected with our audience that way. Ina assessed the needs of the audience we wanted to reach, created an amazing comprehensive strategy for how to show up regularly and powerfully on each of the platforms that would be the most fruitful, and set up a content plan that had us posting multiple times per day. Not only was this the exact right plan to help our audience get to know, like, and trust us, but the strategy and systems she put into place for us made it easy to schedule it all out. We ended up with a year of content that was so easy to use and incredibly effective.

Case Study #2

Jimmy Malik

Jimmy Malik has years of experience in the corporate tech industry and is now branching out to coach executives to level up their leadership.

His primary goal was to have a strong social media presence to promote his services and become a part of the conversation as a thought leader.

Although he had no experience with social media except for posting personal photos of himself, his dog and his family, he was up for the challenge of elevating his authority in whatever way we could.

Areas to address:

đŸ’« Create thought leadership posts
đŸ’« Brand voice
đŸ’« Authority building
đŸ’«Â Present himself as an executive coach

Our approach...

Our goal was to get Jimmy noticed in the field through a combination of content types: face-to-camera reels, testimonial videos, client results, entertaining memes and thought leadership pieces that would inject him into the conversation.

During our time together, Jimmy expanded his mindset to include executives (not just managers) in his target audience, and he stretched himself by becoming comfortable on camera, something he had never done before.

The results...

đŸ”„Â Within the first week of posting, one of his reels went viral reaching 3,300 views and drawing the attention of a new audience.

đŸ”„Â He received praise from directors at different organizations, effectively gaining the visibility he was looking for. This feedback is quoted below.

Jimmy, I love what you're doing and I love what you're putting out there. The marketing looks great. You sitting at your kitchen table with your dog is so you, and it doesn't seem cheesy. It seems authentic and I actually feel like I'm getting some value out of your content.

- Director of Branding and User Experience at a well-known tech corporation

I partnered with Ina to help me establish my coaching brand and my social media presence. Through this partnership, Ina helped me unlock my coaching brand, provided hands-on support with creating social media assets while upskilling me along the way. Working with her, I felt my confidence increase, elevating my authority as a coach. I would highly recommend Ina for any coaches who are struggling with establishing their authority or their brand. Thanks Ina!

Case Study #3

Eric Santamaria

Eric Santamaria is an Operational Excellence Expert and Burnout Coach for executives. After a long career at multinational corporations, he started his own coaching firm to spread the word about  employee burnout with the goal of improving the quality of the workplace far and wide.

Before working together, Eric stayed away from social media. Once he started his firm, he thought it was time to mak the jump... but he was going to do it right.

During our work together we dove into his brand personality, thought leadership style, and ultimate goals.

Areas to address:

đŸ’« Thought Leadership
đŸ’« Specific Brand voice
đŸ’«Â Consistency
đŸ’«Â Have a ubiquitous presence across multiple platforms

Our approach...

Under my direction Eric created multiple professionally produced face-to-camera videos that showcase his expertise, as well as get a professional photoshoot that raises his professional profile. We also created multiple pieces of content including infographics and emotionally-charged posts that would speak to leaders facing burnout in their organizations.

During our engagement we created Eric's new website, a new landing page for collecting leads, and generated enough social media content to be automatically posted for 3 months without interruption in just 8 weeks.

The results...

đŸ”„ Eric has been invited to speak at various events as his authority is now undeniable

đŸ”„ Eric has been making the rounds in Silicon Valley giving workshops to increase burnout awareness. Booking them is easy when his authority is reflected on a solid social media strategy.

Ina was an exceptional partner and resource to build and launch my business branding, website, and social media presence. Most importantly, she worked closely with me to build and schedule months of content that was authentic to my voice and company. Ina is an expert in launching an online presence and helped me avoid common and expensive mistakes. Hiring Ina allowed me to focus on leading with my expertise instead of figuring out how to build a compelling website. I've referred her to several colleagues, and they've also been impressed by her expertise and velocity!

Case Study #4

Camille Diaz

Camille Diaz is a Productivity Coach and Author who came to me to elevate her authority and generate more revenue in her business.

Upon first glance at Camille's social media, it became apparent that she wasn't clearly showcasing her expertise and authority. An important part of her personality is her love for costumes (year-round) which seemed fun to her audience, but hardly related to the topic of productivity.

Our goal was to create a brand that stood out and also gave her authority that would turn into revenue.

Areas to address:

đŸ’« Professional (albeit quirky) brand voice
đŸ’« Authority building
đŸ’«Â More revenue!

Our approach...

We centered our strategy around keeping a fun vibe across social media, while positioning Camille as an expert in her field who literally wrote the book on productivity.

We took the costumes and used them in select pieces of content that tangentially referenced her personality or the message she wanted to talk about that day (for instance, if she was dressed as a wizard, the message on the screen would read "Magic way to make more time on your schedule!" We found a relevant way to inject her brand voice, and give her a professional lift.

During our time together we also launched her new group program to great success!

The results...

đŸ”„Â Elevating her authority led her to her very first 5-figure launch for a program she had never sold before.

đŸ”„Â This newfound confidence inspired her to start a new podcast, The Real Deal with Camille where she interviews top entrepreneurs and gets to dress up in costumes for every interview!

I could not figure out how to get people who were highly engaged to actually pay for my programs. Once I started working with Ina, she really pushed me to find out my audience's pain points and interests and the results were amazing. I went from a client here and there, to doubling my investment in Ina's mentorship on the very first round.

Case Study #5

Nicole Op Den Bosch

Nicole Op Den Bosch is a Coach for BIPOC Authors and an executive at a major publishing house.

Her goal was to be able to speak to new authors and help them write their book, but her social media presence was lacking. The biggest reason: consistency.

It cannot be underestimated how difficult it is to keep an online presence going effortlessly, and she simply did not have the knowledge or skills to make it simple.

So she did her best (which wasn't bad at all!), but it was inconsistent in branding and frequency.

Areas to address:

đŸ’«Â Consistency in frequency and brand voice
đŸ’« Turn traffic into clients and revenue

Our approach...

One of the pillars of social media monetization is the ability to capture leads that come through traffic.

During our time together, we created a social media strategy that got her audience used to hearing about book writing from an executive in the publishing industry, effectively elevating her authority.

We created a social media posting campaign that would go on consistently without interruption for 6 months.

The results...

đŸ”„Â After her first launch, she signed 2 premium clients (her first clients ever)

đŸ”„ Nicole is now on her way to releasing her very first publishing podcast, and is being sought after by major publishing houses for executive positions.

ARE YOU READY?

Brand voice. Consistency. Engagement.

Your social media is about to get the face lift it's always needed. Anyone can create content. Only the experts know how to make it stick. You're in great hands.
